Your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused and in the same condition that you received it
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@vitalforging.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund within 5-7 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us and we'll be happy to assist you.
